Do you have an app and where can I get it?

Our mobile app can be found on the Google play store. We are also currently available to iOS users on the app store or you can simply log on to www.airtimeFlip.com and we would be glad to render our service to you.

What networks do you convert?

We convert all networks with no exceptions. Glo, MTN, 9mobile and Airtel. However if at a certain time a certain network is unavailable on our platform it is due to a network down time and we advice that you check back within 24 to 48 hours.

Do you accept recharge card pins for airtime conversion?

No, we do not. We accept airtime transfers only.

Do you accept VTU?

No, we do not accept VTU.

Will the airtime be automatically deducted from my balance?

No it will not. Sending the airtime manually to the designated number shows your consent to the transaction about to take place and reduces fraudulent transactions.

Do you convert bonus airtime?

No we do not accept bonus airtime as it is not transferrable to third party.

What are the rates for converting airtime to cash?

AirtimeFlip does not have a fixed rate for airtime to cash conversion. Rates on all networks are subject to change. However, we will always offer the cheapest rates in the market at any point in time.

Can we pay utility bills using AirtimeFlip?

Yes, you can pay for your cable TV, electricity bills and much more using AirtimeFlip or our website.

How long does it take to receive payments?

Since payments are now automated, customers only need to withdraw from their wallet.

Is there a stipulated time for payment?

Yes there is. All payments start from 9 am to 10 pm from Monday to Saturday and 11 am to 9 pm on Sundays and Public holidays.

I tried to withdraw but the money hasn't been credited in my account yet?

If you are experiencing difficulties withdrawing cash from your AirtimeFlip wallet, please report to any of our customer care agent immediately (Please do be aware that bank network/server delays can slow down your withdrawal process

How long does it take to get credited after converting Airtime to Cash?

After your airtime is received and your transaction confirmed, you can be credited between 5 to 30 minutes.

It has been over an hour since I converted Airtime to cash and I still haven’t been credited, why?

Your airtime has not been received yet and this is as a result of network delay. Do contact a customer care agent with all the details of the transaction and we will have it resolved as quickly as possible.

What are the necessary details to prove I completed the transaction?

The details needed include; Network converted, Amount, Order ID, Number transferred from and number transferred to, Date and time of transaction Along with a screenshot of confirmation of transaction from your network provider.

I have complained to a customer care agent, what next?

If you have submitted all details of the unpaid transaction to a customer care agent, please wait 12 hours before launching a new complaint as we will be working as quick as possible to have you credited on your successful transaction.

Do you refund airtime?

No we don’t, we will do well to pay you for all and any airtime converted with our platform as long as a proof of the said transaction is available.

How long would it take for me to be credited after withdrawal from my wallet?

As soon as you withdraw from your wallet you should be credited within 3 to 15 minutes of your withdrawal.

Can I request an account manager?

Yes you can. However your account will be reviewed before an account manager is assigned to you.

Are there any charges when I withdraw from my wallet?

Yes, there is a 50 naira charge on all withdrawals from your wallet to your account.

Can I perform multiple transactions?
